Try to end the last sprint in a pine grove. According to many eastern martial arts traditional beliefs, pine trees have a tremendous amount of Ki (Chi) power, making it beneficial to practice near them. If you believe that to be mumbo jumbo, consider this. Studies have shown that the concentration of oxygen can be greater under the pine trees. So it makes sense to take advantage of this from a recovery and health standpoint. Like it or not, the tree huggers may actually be on to something!
